Those of you who visited our booth at the resent Resort Property Show in September got a first glance at our newly completed home.

A half bath is nestled just beside the kitchen for ease of use.  This half bath features a simple, yet elegant pedestal sink and toilet.  More natural light pours in through a sliding window in this bathroom.  Next to the half bath is a roomy storage area to allow the owners to keep their personal items locked away until their next visit.

 

 

As you move up the stairs to the second floor you will see the full bathroom for the guests bedrooms.  The stairway is lighted with our beautiful signature window providing yet more views of the ocean and beach.  The guest bath includes a roomy shower and toilet while the sink rests just outside for easy access and use while the shower may be occupied.

 

 

Both large guest bedrooms face the ocean providing crystal blue skies and gentle rolling waves for your guests to view through their own patio window. 

Those patio windows open onto a large patio deck that wraps around the house on both the north and south side.  This large patio offers nearly 700 sq. ft. of space to truly enjoy the calming ocean waves and take in the majesty of the innumerable sparkling stars at night or the spansive blue sky above in the day.  

Entrance to the patio is also available right down the hallway between the two guest rooms giving you more views, easy access and more daylight into your home.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The master bedroom and ensuite provide you with a large comfortable room to rest in -whenever your head finally hits the pillow!  The ensuite features a beatiful crystal glass sink and countertop, large shower and more natural light filling the room from the window.  The master suite also has a small private balcony to allow you to walk out and stretch as you view the community pool or to the north the ocean waves and distant mountain range.
