Choose your home design.

I’m sure by now there is at least one home design that has you dreaming of ocean breezes and spectacular views. Make note of which lots your choice design can be built upon. Remember, we can make custom design adjustments if you haven’t found just the right design.

Visit our community & Reserve your Lot!

Lot assignments can move quickly, so make sure you get the spot you are dreaming of. What if you want to make sure your lot doesn’t sell before you have the opportunity to visit the area to make sure its where you want to spend your vacations and/or retirement? What if you could do both? Place a 100% refundable 5% deposit down on the home and lot which is held in Trust with a Canadian Lawyer ( as most of our clients are Canadian). You will have 90 days to book a trip to visit our community – check our Resources section for links to flights, car rentals, etc., or Contact Us and we can help you book your trip. Once you return, you will have 5 business days to decide whether to move ahead. See step 3. Should you decide that our community is not right for you, your deposit will be 100% refunded to you – no questions asked. Simply notify Low, Glenn and Card in Calgary Alberta of your decision in writing, and they will issue a refund. Conversely, when you move ahead with your home plans, your flight and hotel costs will go towards the purchase of your home.

Many property developments have heavy liens on them – remember that when you purchase property, the lien follows the purchaser. Oasis Inc. is lien-free. When you visit our site, experience Veracruz as if you are living there instead of just visiting. We will meet together to discuss any changes, questions that you have. Ask everything you can think of, we want you to make an informed decision.

Sign a Promise to Trust Agreement.

You have all the information you need to proceed and you’ve made your decision, congratulations! We’ve aligned with experts in the industry, such as Stewart Title Insurance both in Mexico and US, which include Escrow Services to protect your interests and money. We have esteemed Notary Publics in Veracruz, Mexico that speak English who can represent your interests to ensure efficiency and security. Next, we will sign a Promise to Trust Agreement, which outlines the details of what you can expect during the construction process and all other obligations leading up to the final purchase when your home is ready. You will also sign an Escrow agreement, which outlines the construction milestones that Oasis as the developer must meet and how much funds will be transferred to Oasis at each milestone. You can also expect at this time to wire the purchase price less the deposit amount to Stewart Title and Escrow in the United States. The construction will commence once Stewart Title and Escrow sends the first installment to Oasis Inc. in Mexico. The final payment will be released to Oasis Inc. from escrow at closing of the deal.

You have the opportunity to choose the colors of your home. Once we are in the finishing stages of your home you will be able to choose from beautiful modern designs and colors to make your home surroundings truly yours.

Final Payment, possession and Legalities

Your home is finished! Time for you to come down to Veracruz, complete your walk through of the home, and sign off on the condition of the home. The public notary or Notario Publico (a government-certified lawyer-only Notarios are legally authorized to perform a transfer of Real Estate in Mexico) will handle and notarize all the closing documentation necessary for the proper transfer of real estate. This includes the registering of wills, appraisal of property for tax reasons, certificate of title search, the formation of corporations etc.
